2nd Step
Six Fitzhugh Family biographical sketches have been added for fourth and fifth generation inheritors of Ravensworth land. The time period was the transition into the 19th century, when the new American government under the new constitution was building and moving into the new capital in nearby Washington, DC.
This was also when the first Fitzhugh owners built homes and settled in Ravensworth; descriptions of these residences appear under Landmarks. Friendships, marriages and a presidential appointment linked Ravensworth owners with members of the new national government. A visit by President Thomas Jefferson appears in Events.
Moving forward to Today, the complete chain of title for the NOVA Annandale campus is presented thanks to help from friend and title researcher Cindie Pappas.
There are substantial additions to 2nd Partition and Parcel 1.2, which continue in development.
